Organisational restructuring
In addition to Ashton Consulting Board’s services for assessing and redesigning organisational structures, we offer programme management of the restructuring process itself. Using established frameworks for managing the programme, we will work with your teams to deliver restructuring using an effective but empathetic approach, ensuring compliance to legislative requirements. We can bring HR support to the programme if required, facilitating common processes such as consultation, redundancy and redeployment/relocation.
